The
BMW E60 is the BMW 5 Series automobile, replacing the BMW E39 in 2003. It was replaced by the BMW F10 from Spring 2010. The
BMW E60 was available in both sedan and station wagon (E61) platforms. The BMW M5 is the high performance version of the range, and was one of the highest performance sedans on the market.
The
BMW E60 effectively served as a replacement for the BMW E39 model. Before it was restyled recently, models included the 520i, 520d, 525i, 525d, 530i, 530d, 535d, 545i, and the M5. The range of models received upgraded Configurations as a part of the restyling process.
